Living or going to school in or around the City of Whitehorse?

ROK's Triple C is a fun group which combines a whole lot of recreation and team building stuff with a few interesting discussions to help you build on your strengths, and to explore strategies to deal assertively with difficulties at school and elsewhere. We don't do miracles, but our Triple C group will give the opportunity:

• To meet a few new people in a friendly environment.
• To get out and about and get some more fun out of life.
• To explore and have confidence in your unique strengths and abilities.
• To explore strategies for getting to where you want to be and for making choices that work for you.                                   More>>

Activities
The program for the group combines a whole lot of fun recreation and team building outings and activities, with a few videos and discussions about strategies to cope assertively with difficulties at school and elsewhere.

The group will meet after school each Wednesday,4.00 - 6.00pm, for nine weeks.
